We assume we are writing to someone who cares. If we let go of that assumption we want another one to take its place. What we assume does not matter. We assume to avoid not knowing.
We can only know what we experience,
everything else
is make believe. Layered beliefs, interwoven beliefs, keep us
captive in a shared illusion about the nature and purpose of being.
We could assume nothing about the world around us but
experience it as it presents itself, not judging whether it is good or bad
according to those values and beliefs that still cling in our minds.
We can learn to trust that which has brought us this far on life’s
journey shall provide us with everything we need to choose a way that sets and keeps our
spirits free to promote consciousness, life, and love.
